David Everett of Chicken Lips ~ It all began when I started drying apple heads to make my first art doll at the age of 10. Since then, I have worked in a variety of mediums and styles, but I have found my true love in paper mache sculpting. As an artist, I'm constantly growing and expanding my abilities. My "style" seems to have a life of its own – it’s kind of exciting to think where it will take me next. But regardless of the medium or style, if my art makes you smile, then I did my job right! I live on 2 acres in rural southern California. My goats, chickens and a goose named Betty are a constant source of inspiration. I love Halloween and Christmas and have always been inspired by those wonderful Rankin-Bass - stop action Holiday specials that I grew up with.

Len Bentham ~ Since early childhood, I have loved holiday celebrations and the decorations that accompanied those times. After seeing Margaret Schiffer's book "Holidays, Toys and Decorations," I realized that making holiday inspired artwork was what I wanted to do. All of my art pieces are designed and constructed with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a holiday artist, my inspiration comes from my collections of holiday ornaments, tassels, vintage fabrics and jewelery, antique laces and trims, old rugs and miniatures. Haute couture, interior, Dennison party decoration books, the paraphernalia of magic tricks and the designs and graphics on fireworks have also influenced my design style. My work has appeared in "Early American Home Christmas" magazine in the article "The Year's Best Santas" and is in private collections in Canada and the US."
